Shipping Policy

After we have received and processed your payment in full, your package will be shipped out within 3-7 business days. We take extra precautions to ensure your package is delivered safely and with no damage to it. However, we cannot guarantee that it will arrive in perfect condition due to the Postal Service handling.

 

Once the package has been delivered by the shipping carrier, the risk of damage, or loss of the item is the responsibility of the recipient.

 

Standard shipping: Expect your package within 3-12 business days.

If you have not received your package within 10 business days of receiving your tracking number, then complete the customer support form on our website.


PAPION BEAUTY ensures the delivery of the product to the address submitted at the time of purchase. Should the customer fail to give the correct address, subsidiaries, or delivery services shall be in no way liable or required to issue a refund or resend the package. PAPION BEAUTY does not take responsibility for stolen packages once they have been labeled "Delivered" by the postal service.

Return & Exchange Policy

No returns or refunds are permitted for online orders. If you receive the wrong item, please email us via the customer support form on the support page of our website. We will ask you the Include a photo of the wrong UNOPENED item. We will then send you a shipping label to have the item(s) returned to us and the correct item will be sent within 3-7 business days.   

Damaged Products:

For items that arrive damaged, please email us via the customer support form on the support page of our website. Include the following information in your message: your name and order number. We will ask you to send images of the damaged item. Replacements are sent out immediately based on our discretion.  

 

Lost/Stolen Package: 

PAPION BEAUTY  is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have not received your items due to any circumstance, please contact USPS to file a lost/stolen package claim. 

 

Cancellation Policy:

Please keep in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping team work very hard to get orders shipped quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change, make price adjustments, or cancel an order once it has been submitted.
