  • Do you ship Internationally?
    Yes! International shipping roughly takes 7-10 business days in transit. Please note we are not responsible for any delays or fees due to customs. Please contact your local postal service for more information on customs and duties.
  • How do you ship Domestically?
    Standard Shipping. 5-10 business days. No signature required.
  • How can I track my order?
    Your order will process for 24-48 business hours. Once your order has shipped an email will be sent to you containing tracking information. Please allow 24-48 business hours for your shipment details to update with USPS.
  • How will I know that my order has been placed?
    Upon completion of your order a confirmation email with the details of your order will be sent to you. Please ensure your checkout process is complete with the correct email address until you reach the page containing your order number. Please note to check your spam folder, as well as your email, may have filtered into that folder.
  • What if my order status is marked delivered, but I have not received my order?
    Please contact USPS to resolve the issue or file a claim. All packages are insured, however Papion Beauty is not responsible for packages that have been delivered.
  • Can I change my order after I have placed it?
    Unfortunately, we do not allow any changes to your order. We apologize for any inconvenience in advance.
  • My item was damaged, what do I do?
    In the rare event that the item you received is not in pristine condition; we truly apologize! Please complete our customer support form on the Support page on our website. Our team will gladly assist you with reshipping the item out to you in a timely manner. Prior to shipping we will require a photo of the damage before sending the product back.
